Have you always wondered what is the real point of meditation? I mean we all know about the studies and the health benefits and the lower stress, etc, etc. But really though… it’s kind of hard to understand the benefits of meditation.

I mean if you go to the gym consistently, you will get a nice physique. There is no doubt about that. This is why people exercise. But what happens if you mediate for a year consistently? Does your brain get a six pack?
